DIET DAY 5 




                      today at work, my students got a pizza dinner. Oh how i miss carbs.. and HOT FOOD. all my meals seem to be warm-cold. I WANT SOME HOT SAUCE AND/OR SOUP! but this diet isnt really hard. the only thing i hate is that im getting sick of the meals. ESPECIALLY the EGGS... 


i've been told this is the Atkins diet.  have i mentioned how much i miss carbs?! theres 7 more days till my break day. i'm actually thinking of trying this detox diet my friend suggested to me... hm.. OH and i'm "exercising"... walking counts AND apparently its better at burning off fat then running! My diet plan at the moment is on the side bar...
